I miss you
A simple phrase. Yet it is taken out of context so much when I say it. When I say I miss you, I mean just that. I miss your physical presence in my life however large or small it may be. It does not mean that I care for you more or less than another person it just means that at that moment I miss your presence. You’ll know if I mean it in another way because I miss you will be followed by other phrases to lead you to that conclusion. Do not assume you mean more to me unless I tell you otherwise.
